We built RoomStack to make data more accessible and reduce friction. When your Revit model and your program sheets talk to each other, no one needs to spend a week updating spreadsheets. Architects can spend more time designing and less time re-entering data.
Our story
RoomStack was created for architects who were tired of wasting time managing programs in Excel, so we decided to fix it.
Meet our founders
Sébastien spent a decade as a BIM manager on complex healthcare and institutional buildings before founding RoomStack. He's driven by one question: why do architecture firms still manage room data the way they did in 1995?
Before co-founding RoomStack, Nora spent several years building industrial platforms. Now, she brings that expertise to user experience, designing tools built to simplify professionals' daily work so they can focus on what they do best.
Jessica loves turning complex processes into simple, easy-to-use tools. In developing RoomStack, she set herself a clear goal: to let architects spend their time designing buildings, not juggling spreadsheets.
With a background in finance, corporate strategy, and business development, Taha channels his energy into building a sustainable company that transforms how AEC firms manage their data. He also admits to probably spending a bit too much time in Excel.
